Fred Ceballos has been employed in the California Nursery Industry for 43 years and has been involved in many industry associations. He currently works as a Sales Representative at First Step Greenhouses in Temecula, CA. In addition to serving on the board for San Diego County Ag in the Classroom, Fred is also on the board of directors of the San Diego County Farm Bureau representing Young Plant Producers, and the Chairman of the California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers Research Committee.
