Zeschia grew up in the San Diego horticulture industry, working summers in her family’s nursery, Booman Floral. After obtaining a degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, Zeschia continued her career path in the local wholesale nursery industry, now working for United Plant Growers, Inc. Working in procurement, she is fortunate to be able to interact closely with a network of local growers. As houseplants grow in popularity, Zeschia hopes more people will learn firsthand the health benefits plants have to offer. Zeschia is passionate about educating future generations on the importance of agriculture and relaying the myriad of career opportunities that are present in the agricultural community.
